You can cancel your GovSeeker Pro subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access through the end of the month you've already paid for.
If you're unsatisfied with GovSeeker for any reason within 14 days of your initial paid subscription, email [email protected] and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion (see Section 4).
Annual plans get a pro-rated refund for unused months if you cancel after the 14-day window — calculated as: (months remaining ÷ 12) × annual price, minus a 10% administrative fee.

If your card is declined on a renewal attempt, we'll retry up to 3 times over 7 days and email you. If we still can't charge after that, your account is downgraded to the free tier — your data is preserved but Pro features become unavailable until you update payment.
Before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer, please email [email protected] first. We can almost always resolve issues directly within one business day. Chargebacks may result in account suspension while disputed.
